No more noisy air cooled AC gensets.
No more having to run the genset all the time you want power. With appropriate batteries and inverter you can have 240v AC power all the time even when the genset is not running.
But even if you only use DC power aboard, the days of having to start the main engine to charge the batteries are gone forever. Even a flat main starting battery will no longer be a problem.
You can even use this unit to heat your hot water and directly drive accessories like Eutectic refrigeration, Air Conditioner or Desalinator, all while it's charging your batteries as well.
With Fresh Water Cooling and Electric Remote Start and Stop this can be located virtually anywhere on the vessel.
We have gone to great lengths to reduce the vibration and noise usually associated with diesel gensets in the basic design without resorting to a fully sealed sound enclosure.
