Apart from it's portable uses this unit could even be used for small RAPS backup situations.
Simplicity and robust portability are it's most important attributes.
Please note that the DC outputs of this machine are at Full Capacity unlike the low wattage auxilliary DC outputs often provided with AC generator sets.
The YM600 is the next setp in portable DC power.
Typically in a camping situation you would run the generator once a day to replace lost charge in your batteries. Idealy this could be while you are away having a swim (or whatever) so it's running does not annoy you. Unlike AC generators it is not necessary to have it running when you want power.
The output of 45Amps would typically bring 2 large car batterys up to full charge on one tank of fuel after a night's usage.
This unit could also be utilized as a backup or emergency power source for a small RAPS system.
